Dance Sweep: October 31, 2015...

I'll wrap up today's 'music sweeps' of the songs reaching the charts in Billboard magazine with the latest dance jams in the clubs and on the radio...

On the DJ-polled Dance Club Play chart, Justin Bieber (probably bought) leaps to #1 with "What Do You Mean?"...

As the last single from Nick Jonas' debut album, "Teacher", drops to #25 on the chart, his brand new one "Levels", my "Dance Pick of the Week", arrives at #30...

Ukrainian violinist and singer Assia Ahhatt arrives at #42 with "6 O'Clock in the Morning" featuring remixer Chris Cox (of "Thunderpuss" fame)...

ZHU and AlunaGeorge team up at #43 with "Automatic". ZHU topped the club chart previously with "Faded"...

Badar is in at #44 with "You Gave Me Love" featuring Duncan Morley...

Newcomer Nathalie Archangel flies in at #45 with "A Higher High"...

Selena Gomez's top-5 pop hit "Good For You" finally reaches the dance chart at #48...

Meanwhile, on the radio-monitored Dance Airplay/Mixshow chart, "What Do You Mean?" also seems to move to #1 as well. Hmmm...

After Major Lazer's pop breakthrough hit "Lean On" is still riding high at #7 after almost seven months on the chart, his new song "Powerful" featuring Ellie Goulding and Tarrus Riley enters at #36...

And proving its massiveness, rock hit "Renegades" from X Ambassadors enters the dance radio chart at #39. It's in its 18th week at #1 on the rock list...

Well that's it for today... Thanks for taking this musical trip, and hopefully something new has caught your ear.
