We're at the "hump" of today's "music sweeps", sampling the songs making their debut on the various charts in Billboard magazine, and this time up I'm serving the latest hits on R&B radio...

On their main R&B/Hip Hop Airplay chart, Rihanna hangs in on top for a third week with "Bitch Better Have My Money"...

The Weeknd finally makes it on to the airplay chart with his former top-10 Hot 100 hit "The Hills". His "Earned It", which spent thirteen weeks at #1 here, is still up there at #4...

R&B singer Omarion, whose "Post To Be" was kept from the top by "Earned It", returns at "I'm Up" featuring rappers French Montana and Kid Ink...


Rapper Rico Richie, aka former Georgia Tech football player Reuben Houston, lands at #49 with "Poppin'"...


Meanwhile, on the older-skewing Adult R&B radio panel, Actor/model/singer Tyrese earns his second #1 hit with "Shame". His first, "Stay", did the trick in 2011...

Avery Wilson, who appeared on the third season of The Voice in 2012, climbs in at #30 with "If I Have To", my "Soul Pick of the Week"...


Lastly, on the Rhythmic format, whose stations include more dance/pop music in their playlists, the Weeknd is on top for a second week with "Can't Feel My Face", while his "The Hills" enters at #30...

Demi Lovato surfs in at #38 with "Cool For The Summer"...
