twostepcub's music chart for July 24, 2015...

Friday is finally here, and it's time to run down my top 100 tunes from the previous week. Pop-reggae artist OMI spends a second week at #1 with "Cheerleader", while Rachel Platten (pictured above) takes her "Fight Song" into my top-5. Besides Florence + The Machine blasting back on the list with "Ship To Wreck", the highest newbie on the chart at #76 belongs to Nathan Sykes, who has his first solo hit after the break-up of the British vocal group the Wanted ("Glad You Came") with the extra-smooth "Kiss Me Quick"...

Thomas Rhett returns at #84 with his country-soul hit "Crash And Burn", the first single from his upcoming sophomore album, Tangled Up. His last single, "Make Me Wanna", made my top-5...

British electro-pop group Years & Years land at #85 with "Shine". It's the follow-up to their breakthrough single "King"...

X Factor UK winners Little Mix (so far the only group to nab the prize) are back at #87 with their #1 UK hit "Black Magic"...

Country-rocker Eric Church comes in at #92 not with a Miley Cyrus cover, but his own "Like A Wrecking Ball", the fifth single from his Outsiders album...

Club legends Martha Wash ("It's Raining Men"), Evelyn "Champagne" King ("Shame"), and Linda Clifford ("If My Friends Could See Me Now") team up as the First Ladies of Disco for the single at #93, "Show Some Love"...

While Belgian DJ/producer Felix De Laet, aka Lost Frequencies, is still on my list with "Are You With Me", his new single "Reality" with Dutch singer Janieck Devy pops in at #96....

British/Kosovar singer Rita Ora drops in at #99 with "Poison". Her last solo single, "I Will Never Let You Down", made my top-40...

The final new entry at #100 is another British export, pop/soul singer John Newman, with "Come and Get It". Last year he was on my chart with his collab with Calvin Harris, "Blame"...
