Soul Sweep: March 14, 2015...

We're at the "hump" of today's "chart sweeps", sampling the songs making the radio charts in Billboard magazine, and this time I'm serving up the latest hits on R&B radio...

On the main R&B/Hip Hop Airplay chart, Beyonce is at #1 for a fifth week with "7/11"...

The sole debut on this list at #49 comes from rapper Future with "F**k Up Some Commas"...

Meanwhile, on the older-skewing Adult R&B radio panel,  Kem's "Nobody" is on top for a fourth week...

Jhene' Aiko slides in at #25 with "Spotless Mind", my "Soul Pick of the Week". Last year she climbed to #4 with "The Worst"...

Kenny Lattimore is back at #28 with "Love Me Back". He previously peaked at #14 on this chart with "Find A Way" in 2012...

Neo-soul singer Ledisi enters at #29 with "Lose Control". Her last two singles went to the top-10 on this format, with "I Blame You" topping out at #3...

Lastly, on the Rhythmic format, whose stations include more dance/pop songs in their playlist, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars are at #1 for a fifth week with "Uptown Funk!"...

Reggae/rap artist Shaggy re-appears at #38 with "I Need Your Love" featuring Mohombi, Faydee, and Costi...

Rapper Logic drops in at #39 with "Buried Alive"...

While Nick Jonas' former top-5 Rhythmic hit "Jealous" sits at #13, his latest, "Chains", arrives at #40...

I'll be back in 90 with the latest on country radio...
