Country Sweep: April 26, 2014...

Part four of this week's "chart sweeps" covers the newest songs making the radio chart in Billboard magazine.

On its Country Airplay list, Jerrod Niemann scores his second #1 hit with "Drink To That All Night". His first, "Lover, Lover", came back in 2010...

The top debut of the week up at #39 is the fifth single from Blake Shelton's Based On A True Story album, "My Eyes". The first four all topped the airplay list in Billboard. This new one features No Doubt lead singer Gwen Stefani former Voice contestant Gwen Sebastian (lord I'm too old to be typing this stuff up this late), and it's my "Country Pick of the Week"...

The only other new one this week is from American Idol winner Scotty McCreery, who follows up his first top-10 hit, "See You Tonight", with "Feelin' It" at #54...

I'll finish things off in an hour and a half with the latest dance jams in the clubs and on the radio. Twang on!
