Dance Sweep: January 25, 2014...


I'm ready to bring you the last of today's "chart sweeps" with the latest songs to reach the charts in Billboard magazine, and I'll end things with the newest dance songs in the clubs and on the radio...

On the DJ-polled Dance Club Play chart Canadian singer Deborah Cox scores her twelfth #1 single with "Higher" featuring Paige. Her first, "Who Do U Love", came back in 1996...

The top entry at #41 belongs to rock band Fall Out Boy with the remixes of their song "Alone Together". They peaked at #14 on the club chart with "Thks Fr Th Mmrs"...

Kim Cameron follows up her top-20 hit "Not Into You" with "Now You're Mine" at #42...


German newcomers Claire arrive at #47 with "Games"...


 Rounding things out at #50 is Glee star Lea Michele with "Cannonball"...


Meanwhile, on the radio-monitored Dance Airplay/Mixshow chart,Zedd and Hayley Williams spend an eighth week on top with "Stay The Night"...

Coming in at #20 is Katy Perry with "Dark Horse" with Juicy J...


Dutch DJ and producer Hardwell enters at #21 with "Dare You", my "Dance Pick of the Week", featuring Matthew Koma on vocals...


Lastly, trance king Tiesto is in at #22 with "Red Lights"...
