Country Sweep: October 26, 2013...

Part four of this week's "chart sweeps" is up, with the latest songs to reach the country radio chart this week..

On the Hot Country Airplay chart in Billboard magazine, Thomas Rhett claims his first #1 single with "It Goes Like This". His father, Rhett Akins, went to the top of the chart in 1996 with "Don't Get Me Started", when his son was six years old..

The higher of the two debuts of this week belongs to the duo of Dan & Shay, with "19 You & Me" at #55. It's my "Country Pick of the Week"...

The other entry at #60 is newcomer Chris Janson, who co-wrote the craptacular "Truck Yeah" for Tim McGraw, with "Cut Me Some Slack"..

I'll finish things off with the latest dance jams in the clubs and on the radio..Twang On!
