Aussie Sweep: September 25, 2013...


G'day mates, it's time to head down under again to check out the singles that made this week's official sales chart in Australia, as Katy Perry returns to the top for a fourth non-consecutive week with "Roar"...

The big debut of the week at #19 is singer/songwriter Lorde from New Zealand with "Team". She previously went to #2 with the Love Club EP, which contained her worldwide breakthrough "Royals"...

Speaking of EPs, Irish alternative rock band Kodaline come in at #25 with their High Hopes EP....


Nigerian-born dance-pop singer Timomatic is in at #26 with "Waterfalls". It follows "Parachute", which reached #3 earlier this year...


Hot mess Britney Spears is back at #30 with her turd of a record "Work Bitch". She's topped the chart here five times, the last time with "Everytime" in 2004...


The probably impetus for "Roar" to return to the top is the performance by the X Factor Australia's running favorite, Dami Im. Im's own version is the only one to make the top half of the chart (and only one of two in the whole top 100) at #44...


The second single from Australian DJ/singer Havana Brown's album Flashing Lights, "Ba*Bing", drops in at #46. The title track sputtered out at #68...


British dance act Rudimental are in at #48 with "Right Here". They've gone top-10 twice with "Feel The Love" making it to #3..


Avicii's folkie track "Hey Brother" with bluegrass icon Dan Tyminski debuts at #60...


Austrian dance producers Klangkarussell cross over to this country at #75 with "Sonnentanz (Sun Don't Shine)"....


Norwegian comic duo Ylvis take their viral video hit "The Fox" to the charts here at #84...


The only other X Factor performance to make the chart is Taylor Henderson at #85 with "Let Her Go", the Passenger track that's one of the biggest hits in this country this year...


Canadian indie-rock heroes Arcade Fire sneak in at #96 with "Reflektor"....


The final debut of the week at #98 is electronic musician Danny Harley, who records as the Kite String Tangle, with "Given The Chance"...
