Dance Sweep: June 22, 2013...

We're at the last part of today's "Chart Sweeps", and now I've got the newest dance jams to make the Billboard charts.

On the DJ-polled Hot Dance Club Play list, Australian sister duo NERVO score their first #1 US dance hit with "Hold On"...

The top entry at #47 is another Australian electronica duo, Empire Of The Sun, with "Alive". They previously reached #18 with "Walking On A Dream"....

One rung below at #48 is British neo-house music guru Duke Dumont with his #1 UK hit "Need U (100%)" featuring vocalist A.M.E. It's my "Dance Pick of the Week"...

Last up at #49 is newcomer Yulianna with "Don't Take Your Love Away"...

Meanwhile, on the radio-monitored Hot Dance Airplay/Mixshow chart, Daft Punk reign for a fourth week with "Get Lucky"...

Coming in at #16 is Lana Del Rey with "Summertime Sadness"..

Also, Robin Thicke enters at #21 with his #1 pop hit "Blurred Lines"...

That ends today's musical journey...I'll be back tomorrow with another Song of the Day and part one of this week's "album sweep". Cheers!
