It's time for the fourth installment of this week's "chart sweeps" of the new music making its way on to the weekly charts at Billboard magazine, and this time it's the newest on country radio...

On the Hot Country Airplay chart, Thompson Square score their second #1 hit with "If I Didn't Have You"...

Racing in at #43 as the high debut is Thomas Rhett with "It Goes Like This". It's the third single from his upcoming self-titled debut album. The first two, "Something To Do With My Hands" and "Beer With Jesus", both reached the top-20...

Singer/songwriter Lee Brice is on a hot streak, with his last three singles all hitting the top of the country airplay chart. The fourth track to radio from the Hard 2 Love album, "Parking Lot Party", hits at #53...


Texas native Eric Pasley scores his third chart single at #57 with "Friday Night"....


The final entry on the chart at #60 is neo-traditional crooner Joe Nichols with "Sunny And 75". Joe has three #1 country singles to his name, the latest in 2009 with "Gimme That Girl"...This one from a fave of mine is my "Country Pick of the Week"...
