Twostepcub's music chart for April 12, 2013...

Hey gang, it's time for my top-100 tunes for the past week, as Macklemore's reign on top is toppled by Imagine Dragons, while Bruno Mars (pictured above) moves up in the top-10. Former big hits by Kacey Musgraves, Hunter Hayes, and Vassy drop off my list, while tracks by Michael Buble', Depeche Mode, and Justin Timberlake make the biggest jumps (moves of 10+ places highlighted in red). Estate sales are just garage sales for dead people!

The top entry of the week is the new single by modern rock outfit 30 Seconds To Mars featuring actor/singer Jared Leto. Their fourth album, containing "Up In The Air", arrives in May..

British/Irish girl-group The Saturdays now have a reality show on E!, and their first #1 hit in their homeland is the next up on my list, "What About Us"...

Former Blowfish (or Hootie) Darius Rucker returns with a cover of a song partly written by Bob Dylan, "Wagon Wheel"...

The latest by pseudo-country tabloid queen Taylor Swift, "22", pops in at #91....

Singer Princess X, who auditioned for American Idol in San Francisco a couple years back under the name of Inessa Lee, has her first hit on my list with "Gimme All (Ring My Bell)", interpolating the 1979 Anita Ward disco hit...

Another talent competition vet, Alexis Jordan of America's Got Talent, is back with her latest dance hit "Acid Rain"...

Hard-rock band Papa Roach enters my chart again with "Where Did The Angels Go"...

...and lastly, French rapper Maitre Gims, part of the collective Sexion D'Assaut (who have made my list before), arrives with his #1 French hit "J'me Tire"...

That's it for tonight... Thanks for coming, and I'll be back tomorrow with another Song of the Day, Candletime, and my five-part "chart sweeps" of the newest music making the charts in Billboard magazine. Have a great night!
