Soul Sweep: January 5, 2013...

It's time now for this week's third "chart sweep" of the latest R&B music to make the Billboard magazine airplay charts...

On the main R&B/HipHop Airplay chart, Miguel's "Adorn" is at #1 for an astonishing 16th week (forget the "R&B Songs" list, which has Rihanna at #1 from crossover airplay)...

Speaking of Rihanna, both the new entries are album cuts from her new Unapologetic set. First at #27 is "Pour It Up"....

...while the second debut at #50 is her "Loveeeeeee Song" featuring Future..(NSFW)

Yeah.

Well, over on the Adult R&B (Urban Adult Contemporary) radio format chart, Miguel is also at #1 for an eighth week.

The sole debut here, based on airplay during the week before the holiday, is "Be Mine For Christmas" by Kem featuring Ledisi...

That's it for the soul side of the house, I'll be back in and hour and a half with the newest on country radio... Groove on!
