Hey gang, I'm back with this week's look at the latest songs making their way on to the official music sales chart in Germany this week, as "Diamonds" racks a sixth week at #1 for Rihanna...

American singer/songwriter Christina Perri comes in at #26 with "A Thousand Years (Part 2)" featuring Steve Kazee, from the movie Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2. Her "Jar of Hearts" reached #5 here in 2010, but ironically "part one" of this song never charted...

Chris Brown pops in at #38 with "Don't Judge Me", from his album Fortune. The singer has placed three singles in the German top-10, with his debut hit, "Run It", his biggest reaching #5 in 2005...

After winning the first season of this country's The Voice, Berlin native Ivy Quainoo went to #2 with her debut single "Do You Like What You See". She returns at #49 with her third chart hit, "Who You Are", with German rock band Stanfour backing her...

The runner up to Mrs. Greenbird on the X Factor, Melissa Heiduk, debuts at #51 with her "winner's song" entry, a cover of the Scorpions' "Send Me An Angel"...

Eva Croissant, who is a contestant on the second season of Germany's The Voice, comes in at #55 with "Du oder ich (oder wir alle)" ("You or Me (or We)"), by German indie-pop group Mikroboy. She's being coached by Nena (of "99 Luftballons" fame)...

Nicki Minaj jumps in at #66 with her latest, "Va Va Voom".

Another Voice finalist, Gil Ofarim, is at #67 with his version of the Goo Goo Dolls' "Iris"...

British singer Birdy chirps in at #81 with her delicate and perfect cover of Bon Iver's "Skinny Love". Her "People Help The People" jumps to #35 as well...

The third and final Voice of Germany finalist to make it to the top-100 singles chart is Jenna Hoff, with her rendition of Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters", and it's my favorite of the three...

And at #97 is Mrs. Greenbird again with their take on the song from Once, "Falling Slowly"...

Well that's a wrap for this week's Kraut Sweep. I'll return tomorrow with another Song of the Day, Candletime, 6 of the 60s, and this week's Aussie Sweep. Good night!
