Aussie Sweep: October 31, 2012...


G'day gang, right now it's time for this week's recap of the newest songs making their way on to the shores in Australia, according to their official music sales chart. This week PSY dominates the #1 spot for a fifth week with "Gangnam Style"...

The top debut this week at #40 is be the first American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, with the single from her upcoming greatest hits set, "Catch My Breath". Kelly has had one song, "Mr. Know It All", go to #1 in this country..

British drum and bass act Rudimental went to #3 here in Australia with "Feel The Love", and they're back at #54 with the followup, "Not Giving In" featuring John Newman and Alex Clare (of "Too Close" fame) on vocals...


Another Brit, Ed Sheeran, is at #60 with "Give Me Love". He took "The A Team" to #2 earlier this year...


Matchbox Twenty score another hit as "Put Your Hands Up" arrives at #65. The band's had two top-10 singles here, "Push" in 1997 and "How Far We've Come" in 2007...


X Factor darlings the Collective are back at #70 with their version of Ed Sheeran's "Lego House"...


Speaking of Sheeran, here he again supporting Taylor Swift at #75 with "Everything Has Changed"..


British alt-pop group Alt-J get their first Aussie hit at #90 with "Breezeblocks"..


Lastly, Australian drum & bass DJ Shockone is in at #96 with "Chaos Theory"..
