Dance Sweep: September 29, 2012...

Hey gang, thanks for dropping in, it's time to close this five-part "chart sweeps" of the latest singles making the Billboard charts this week. This time out it's the latest jams in the dance clubs and on the radio around the world.

On the DJ-polled Hot Dance Club Play chart, Florence + The Machine's "Spectrum (Say My Name)" takes over the top spot.

The big debut this week belongs to the late Michael Jackson, whose Bad album just got the re-release treatment for its 25th anniversary, and the title track gets remixed by Dutch DJ Afrojack with a rap cameo by Pitbull (see, you can't escape him in death, either). Jackson last topped the dance chart in 2011 with "Hollywood Tonight"...

French superstar DJ/producer David Guetta gets his latest on at #49 on the US club chart and all the way up at #12 on the Global Dance Songs list with his latest with Australian singer/songwriter Sia called "She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)"...

...and lastly, X Factor US season one winner Melanie Amaro arrives at #49 with "Don't Fail Me Now". She went to #3 earlier this year with her version of Aretha's "Respect"...

Meanwhile, over on the radio-monitored Dance Airplay/Mixshow chart, Calvin Harris and Ne-Yo jump back into the #1 spot for a tenth non-consecutive week with "Let's Go"...

Besides the Krewella track at #21, the other entry at #25 is Karmin's "Hello", which also comes on the Global Dance Songs list at #40. Their "Brokenhearted" peaked here at #11 earlier this year...

Finally, over on the Global Dance Songs chart, Rihanna won't let go of #1 for a ninth week with "Where Have You Been"...

Making their entrance all they up at #9 is the world-reknown DJ collective of the Swedish House Mafia,  who have had five of their songs make the top-10 here, with "Save The World" going to #1 last year. They're back on their "final" tour (ahem) with "Don't You Worry Child", featuring John Martin on vocals...

Debuting at #30 is American singer Pink, with the remix of her pop hit "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)". Her biggest on this list was the #8 "So What" in 2008...

Israeli singer Asaf Avidan & the Mojos come in at #32 with a song they've been at #1 on the German pop chart with, "One Day/Reckoning Song"...

Another German act, R.I.O., already is in this week's top-10 with "Party Shaker", but that doesn't stop them from entering at #37 with "Summer Jam" featuring U-Jean...
