Dance Sweep: July 21, 2012...

It's time for the final part of this week's "chart sweep" of the newest singles on Billboard magazine's music charts. This time out it's the latest dance songs hitting the Club Play chart, the Mixshow/Airplay list, and around the world on Global Dance Songs.

This week on the Club Play list, the Wanted's "Chasing The Sun" takes over the top spot, and the highest debut belongs to Australian twins Nervo, who follow up their top-10 club hit "We're All No One" with the more optimistic "You're Gonna Love Again" at #43...

Coming in at #46 is Swedish DJ Eric Prydz, who had one of the biggest worldwide hit singles in 2004 by cribbing Steve Winwood on "Call On Me", and he's here with his latest, "Allein" ("Alone" in German), with samples a #1 German hit "Allein Allein" by Polarkries 18 from 2008

One notch below Prydz is British singer Alex Clare, with a dubstep-inspired track that's been getting pop and rock radio play, and now is making its way into the clubs, "Too Close"...

..and bringing up the rear at #50 is Long Island's Warren Nomi with a pop/dance confection called "The Rush"..

Meanwhile, on the Airplay/Mixshow list, there's only one new entry at the bottom rung, #25. It also debuts at #33 on the Global Dance Songs chart, and it's already a top-10 club hit. It's by DJ Zedd featuring Matthew Koma on "Spectrum"...

The highest arrival on the Global Dance Songs chart at #30 also jumps into the Club Play top-10. It's the recently former American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, with "Goin' In" featuring rapper Flo Rida...

Entering at #38 is a former US dance #1 by Dutch singer Eva Simons, and a personal fave, "I Don't Like You"...

and closing it out at #40, is Flo Rida again with his own "Whistle"...

and that's it! Thanks for stopping by, and check in tomorrow, when I'll bring you the top albums debuting on the charts, as well as what's selling over in the United Kingdom. Have an awesome Saturday night!
