Pascal Obispo is a French singer who has been a great advocate in the fight against AIDS. His latest is "Le Drapeau" (The Flag), which is accompanied by a beautiful video. It's got the subtitle "Captain Samurai Flower" on it, which I'm not sure if it's a moniker or an upcoming album title....
